Avantis Suites Hotel in Eretria welcomes its guests in a warm and friendly environment giving them the brightness of the Mediterranean sun and the freshness of the Gulf of Evia.The Hotel has 30 apartments, 24 of which are studios, 5 are junior Suites and 1 is a VIP Suite having a magnificent view to the South Gulf of Evia. All rooms are functionally designed and are decorated with warm and colors in earth tones.

STUDIO SEA VIEW

Room capacity: Up to 4 guests are accommodated (maximum number of adults: 3) Studios, are one-space rooms of 40m² and have a balcony with view to the beach, to the pool or to the attractive town of Eretria. They consist of a spacious room with two single beds or one double bed, a sofa that is converted into a double bed and a large wardrobe. Also, they are equipped with air conditioning for cooling or heat, a cooker with two hot plates, a fridge, a dining table, a 21 inches TV, a phone, a bathroom (with bathtub. All Studios can accommodate up to 3 adults or a family of 2 adults and 2 kids and a baby cot can be added upon request. Room Size: 40m2

JUNIOR SUITE SEA VIEW

Room capacity: Up to 5 guests are accommodated (maximum number of adults: 4. Each Junior Suite is 54m² and consists of two separated air-conditioned rooms and a bathroom with bathtub.
